President and Chief Executive Officer of QualHealth, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm that designs healthcare delivery models, since 2005. From 1992 until her retirement in June 2002, Ms. Walters was the President and Chief Executive Officer of University Hospitals Health System and University Hospitals of Cleveland.
