G Andrea Botta

G. Andrea Botta has been a member of the Company's Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company's subsidiary Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since 1996. Mr. Botta is the President of Glenco LLC, a private investment company. From 1999 to February 2006, Mr. Botta served as a managing director of Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was president of EXOR America, Inc. (formerly IFINT-USA, Inc.) from 1993 until September 1999 and for more than five years prior thereto, Vice President of Acquisitions of IFINT-USA, Inc.
