Mr. Collins is a Certified Public Accountant and a retired partner in the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a position he held from 1967 through 1991. He currently works as a business consultant. Mr. Collins is a member of our Audit Committee and our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
