Todd Davis

Mr. Todd Davis is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of LifeLock, Inc. He co-founded LifeLock in April 2005 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since that time. He has served as the Chairman of the board of directors since November 2008 and as President since March 2009. Mr. Davis was the Managing Partner of Marketing Champions LLC, a marketing and management consulting company, from 2002 until founding the company. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Davis served on the executive management team of multiple technology start-up companies. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Davis was a Sales Executive at Dell, Inc. Mr. Davis is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist and is a member of the Crime Prevention Coalition of America. Mr. Davis also was a contributing member of the Identity Theft Prevention and Identity Management Standards Panel that worked with the Identity Theft Task Force established by former President Bush. Mr. Davis holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Management from Baylor University.
