Stephen R D'Arcy

Stephen R. D’Arcy has served as a member of the board of directors of Premier, Inc. since October 2013. D'Arcy currently serves as partner at Quantum Group, LLC. Prior to his role at Quantum, an investment and consulting firm, D’Arcy worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for 34 years, serving most recently as global automotive leader. He served on the board of directors of Vanguard Health Systems, Inc. He currently serves on the board of directors of Penske Corporation and the executive committee for Michigan Economic Development Corporation. He also served as non-executive chairman of the board of trustees of the Detroit Medical Center. D’Arcy obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
