BRET W. WISE. Mr. Wise has been a Director of IMS since December 2006. Since January 2007, Mr. Wise served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Dentsply International Inc., a global medical device company located in York, Pennsylvania. Since August 2006, he has served as a director of Dentsply International. From January 2006 to January 2007, he was President and Chief Operating Officer, from January 2005 to January 2006, he was Executive Vice President, and from December 2002 until January 2005, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dentsply International Inc. Mr. Wise was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ferro Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio, a global chemical company from June 1999 to November 2002; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WCI Steel, Inc., of Warren, Ohio from August 1994 to June 1999 and prior to June 1994 was a partner with the global accounting firm KPMG.
