Prior to that time, she was vice president and controller of Caliber System, Inc., a subsidiary of FDX Corporation, a transportation services company, since January 1996. Ms. Dindo also is a director of Bush Brothers and Company, a food processing and manufacturing company. Ms. Dindo is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Compensation Committee. The Company purchases utility services and electricity from FirstEnergy and its affiliates.
