Gerald A. Spector who retired from the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2007, has been a Trustee of the Company since March 1993 and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 1, 2008. Mr. Spector currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer of Tribune Company, a privately-held diversified media company, with publishing, broadcast and interactive operations ("Tribune"). Mr. Spector was Executive Vice President of the Company from March 1993 and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from February 1995 until his retirement.
