David Cook

Prior to joining Promontory, David served as the Lead Risk and Compliance Officer for the $40 billion Public-Private Investment Program at the Office of Financial Stability, a division of the Department of the Treasury. He was also an enforcement and compliance Attorney for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and an Associate Attorney in the financial institutions group at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Prior to his experience at Davis Polk, David clerked for Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
