Jonathan Mitchell

Prior to joining Promontory, Jon was an attorney at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he worked in the Legislative and Regulatory Activities Division of the Law Department. Jon assisted with a variety of legal matters, such as developing a model privacy disclosure form, drafting opinions on the applicability of specific state laws to national banks, and pursuing enforcement actions against institution-affiliated parties.
