Christopher Ferro

Mr. Christopher Ferro is Vice President and General Counsel of Xoom Corporation. He joined the Company in January of 2008 as Vice President of Legal and Compliance and Corporate Secretary. He is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to the company. Prior to joining the Company, he was Senior Counsel at PayPal, managing the litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, operations, and risk functions for its United States legal team. Prior to his tenure at PayPal/eBay, he practiced law at two firms in New York City. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, and his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.
