Jerold L DesRoche

Mr. DesRoche has been a partner and a director of National Power Company, a privately owned company that owns and operates power generation facilities using waste fuels and renewable energy, since 1991. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ABB Combustion Engineering Canada, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. He is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Oceaneering's Board. Mr. DesRoche has been a director of Oceaneering since 2003.
