James V Napier

Mr. Napier retired as Chairman of the Board, Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., a cable and telecommunications manufacturing company, in November 2000. He had been the Chairman of the Board since 1993. He is also a director of Vulcan Materials Company, Intelligent Systems Corporation and Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation. Mr. Napier has been a director of the Company since January 1999. He is Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
