Lee Fixel

Lee Fixel is the founder of Addition, an investment firm focused on early and growth stage companies. Fixel was previously a Partner at Tiger Global Management, LLC, where he was head of the firm’s private equity business. He has backed companies including Flipkart, Stripe, Freshworks, Warby Parker, Peloton, MercadoLibre, Facebook, Spotify andLinkedIn. Fixel earned a B.S. in business administration, finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA charterholder. He serves on the board of trustees of his alma mater and is a director of the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Fixel was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
