Alice Lin Greene

Alice Lin Geene is General Counsel at Trustwave. She is responsible for all of Trustwave's global legal matters and the company's internal risk and compliance teams. Prior to joining Trustwave, Alice was Group Vice President and Interim General Counsel at Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., a publicly traded global online travel company. She was previously Orbitz' Deputy General Counsel and an in-house lawyer at several technology companies, including Schrodinger, Inc. and Juno Online Services, Inc., two portfolio companies of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. Alice started her legal career at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York City. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
