Antonia Ozeroff

Toni served as Senior VP of Law and Human Resources for US West, prior to the company's sale to Qwest Communications in 2000. While there she managed the administration of the company's health, pension and other benefit plans, executive compensation, and succession planning, as well as the human resources operations, labor relations, staffing, management compensation, diversity and human resource systems. She was also responsible for General Corporate legal functions including Securities, Corporate Governance, and Board of Directors' matters. Prior to her career at US WEST, Toni spent more than ten years as an associate attorney with the law firm of Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn. She earned a B.A. in Economics with honors from Stanford University and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa, and is admitted into practice in Colorado and California. Toni and her family live in Boulder, CO. She is a member of the 1999 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
