Caruso retired as EVP and CFO of Johnson & Johnson in 2018, having served in that role since 2007. He previously served in other leadership positions at J&J, including SVP of Centocor Inc. and VP of Johnson & Johnson's group finance organization. He currently serves on the board of trustees of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
