Victor A. Kovner a partner at Davis, Wright, Tremaine, LLP. Mr. Kovner is a longtime member of Board of Americans for Peace Now (1991-present). Victor has held the following positions:Corporation Counsel of the City of New York (1990-1991); Chair of Board of Planned Parenthood of New York City (1970-1); Chair, Fund for Modern Courts (2007-2011); Member and later Chair, New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (1976-1991).
