Kevin Faley

Kevin Faley is a partner in the Legislative and Regulatory Group of Venable’s Government Division. He has been in private practice for the last 20 years representing clients in legislative, regulatory and judicial settings. Before entering private practice Mr. Faley served as Chief Counsel and Executive Director for the United States Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution and as Counsel to the Senate Subcommittee to Investigate Juvenile Delinquency. He was also a Law Clerk for Justice Roger O. DeBruler of the Indiana Supreme Court for two years.
