Ian M Cook

IAN M. COOK was named Chief Executive Officer and was elected to the board of directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company in 2007. Mr. Cook joined Colgate in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. In 2002, he became Executive Vice President, North America and Europe. In 2004, he became Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa. In 2005, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide. Mr. Cook joined PepsiCo's Board in 2008.
