James Rollins

Prior to joining the Policy Navigation Group, Jim Rollins was employed with the EOP Group, Inc., a regulatory consulting firm where he was involved in regulatory advocacy and policy work on various environmental, environmental justice and energy-related issues. Mr. Rollins served as executive assistant to both the CEO and executive director for the Presidents’ Summit for America’s Future and helped to setup its follow-on organization then headed by Colin Powell, America’s Promise, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing opportunities for youth. Mr. Rollins has also worked for the New Jersey Assembly Democratic Office where he served as the aide to the Chairs for both the Assembly Municipal and County Government Committees. He then took a position as legislative analyst for the NJ State Treasurer’s Office. He was also active in both State and national political campaigns during this time. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Rollins received his B.A. degree in Public Administration from The College of New Jersey and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
