Melanie Sabo

Melanie Sabo joined the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition as Assistant Director of the Anticompetitive Practices Division in November 2007. Ms. Sabo previously was a partner in the Antitrust Law & Trade Regulation Practice Group at K&L Gates. She has worked for the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, served as Counsel to the Antitrust Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and clerked for the Honorable William J. Castagna, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Sabo also spent several years working as a Biomedical Engineer for Johnson & Johnson before attending law school.
