Mr. Watts represents clients on a wide range of public utility and energy issues, including federal and state regulation of electrical and natural gas utilities and non-utility generation (NUG) projects. Mr. Watts practices before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, and regulatory commissions of other states, including the North Carolina Utilities Commission, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, Michigan Public Service Commission, Wisconsin Public Service Commission and Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting.
