David H Mann

David Mann counsels all forms of business entities in their structural and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods and services, and internal governance. Mr. Mann also is experienced in commercial real estate transactions, including their acquisition, development, financing and sale. Mr. Mann represents banks in documenting both real estate and other asset-based loans and has worked with bankers to develop new commercial products for the lender. Mr. Mann counsels businesses and organizations in the areas of advertising issues and Internet and traditional sweepstakes, skill contests and other promotional devices. Mr. Mann is a Panel Chair of the Inquiry Board of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Illinois Supreme Court. He is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law.
