Lorna Bade Goodman

Lorna studied English Literature at Vassar College and Law at Hofstra Law School. From 1976 to 2001, Goodman served on the executive staff of the New York City Law Department as Chief of the Affirmative Litigation Division. In 2002 she was the first woman appointed Nassau County Attorney where she worked for 8 years on infrastructureand operations following a fiscal crisis. She is married to Edwin Goodman, whose family founded Bergdorf Goodman (now known as Neiman Marcus). They currently live in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.
