Clifford S Sikora

Sikora was recognized in 2005 as a member of The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms. He was also chosen as one of America's Leading Lawyers for Energy & Electricity by Chambers USA. He has served in counsel positions to both the U.S. Senate's Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His practice focuses on energy mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions, as well as on energy litigation and regulatory compliance matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
