Peter Venetis

Peter Louis Venetis is a Managing Director at Frontier Capital Advisors LLC. He co-founded the firm in December 2010. Previously, Mr. Venetis served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quadrapoint Acquisition Corp., since June 9, 2005. He served as a Managing Partner at Praxis Capital Ventures LP since January 2001. Since June 2003, Mr. Venetis was a Partner at Wyndham Capital Partners and Carlton Capital Holdings. From March 1992 to March 2000, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at the Atlantic Bank of New York. He held various positions at Salomon Brothers Inc. from February 1986 to February 1992, including serving as a Director of the Leveraged Finance Group and Vice President of the Mergers and Acquisitions group. He was employed at PanAmerican Capital from 2005 to 2008. He serves as a Trustee of The Churchill School and Center in Manhattan. He served as a Director of TelCove (formerly Adelphia Business Solutions Inc.) since October 25, 1999. He served as a Director of Adelphia Communications Corporation from 1999 to 2002 and Adelphia Business Solutions, Inc. from November 1999 to June 2002. Mr. Venetis was a Director of Wasabi Systems, Inc. He was a 1997 recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor award. Mr. Venetis graduated with B.A. from Columbia University (cum laude) in 1979 and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1981.
