W Alan McCollough

Retired. Formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City Stores Inc. Mr. McCollough was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City Stores Inc., a consumer electronic retailer, in 2002 and served in that capacity until 2005. He remained Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until his retirement in 2006. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000. Mr. McCollough joined Circuit City in 1987 as general manager of corporate operations, and was named assistant vice president in 1989, president of central operations in 1991, and senior vice president of merchandising in 1994. Mr. McCollough is a director of VF Corporation and La-Z-Boy Inc.
