Knox Singleton, the longtime CEO of Fairfax-based Inova Health System, plans to step down from his post in July 1 2018 He is credited with turning Inova from a $500 million community health system into a $3.5 billion health enterprise with an eye toward creating a national reputation as a hub for precision medicine. He has been at the helm since 1984.
