Keith Harper

Keith Harper is a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and a partner and head of the Native American Practice Group at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. Previously, he was a litigator and head of the Washington, D.C. office of the Native American Rights Fund; was law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence Pierce, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and served as Chair of the Native American Domestic Policy Committee for Obama for America.
