Barry H Caldwell

Barry Caldwell is senior vice president of government affairs and corporate communications for Waste Management. Caldwell is responsible for leading the company's government affairs, corporate communications and community relations programs and activities. Prior to joining WM, Caldwell was vice president, government relations for CIGNA Corporation.
