Diane E Wilfong

Prior to joining Kodak, Ms. Wilfong was Chief Financial Officer of Corning Asahi Video Products of Corning Incorporated, in Corning, New York. Ms. Wilfong joined Corning in 1990 and held a variety of management positions in its finance organization. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, where she was an audit manager in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of the firm. A native of Washington, D.C., Ms. Wilfong attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. Ms. Wilfong is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and North Carolina, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a recipient of the 2000 Rochester Business Journal “40 Under Forty” recognition. In addition, in 2007 Ms. Wilfong received the Masters of Accounting Alumni Merit Award for distinguished alumni from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
