Joanna Miller served as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Trump White House covering Trade and Manufacturing Policy, and advancing President Trump’s Buy American, Hire American agenda. Prior to her time at the White House, she had served in the White House Liaison's office in the U.S. Department of State after graduating from American University in May of 2019. Miller reportedly secretly produced a report in December 2020 that blamed Donald Trump's election loss on Dominion Voting Systems. The publicly available version of the report identifies Katherine Friess, a volunteer on Trump's post-election legal team, as its author, but the original version reveals it was actually produced by Miller with the help of other Trump aides.
