William M Goodyear

Past Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America, Illinois. He was President of the Bank of America"s Global Private Bank until January 1999. He was Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Continental Bank prior to the 1994 merger between Continental Bank Corporation and BankAmerica Corporation. Currently a member of Chicago"s Commercial Club. He is a Trustee and member of the executive committee of the Board of Trustees for the Museum of Science and Industry, a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Notre Dame and serves on the Rush University Medical Center Board, where he chairs the Finance Committee and is Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Goodyear was a Trustee of Equity Office Properties Trust. Mr. Goodyear received his Masters in Business Administration, with Honors, from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
