Robert Evan Weissman

Robert E. Weissman retired chairman, IMS Health Incorporated, a leading provider of information solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Director since 2001. (Also a director of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, Information Services Group, Inc. and State Street Corporation.). Chairman, Shelburne Investments, a private investment company that works with emerging companies in the United States and Europe, since 2001. Mr. Weissman, now age 67, was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IMS Health Incorporated, a provider of information to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, from 1997 to 2000 and prior to that was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cognizant Corporation. He is a director of Pitney Bowes, Inc., Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation and Information Services Group, Inc. He is Vice Chairman of the board of trustees of Babson College. Mr. Weissman received a degree in Business Administration and an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Babson College. Robert Weissman is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janet, his three sons, and seven grandchildren.
