Robert M. Devlin, 70. Director since 2007. Mr. Devlin is chairman of Curragh Capital Partners, a private equity and investment firm he founded in 2002. He is a principal owner and a director of Forethought Financial Group Inc., a life insurance and financial services company. He was chairman, president and chief executive officer of American General Corporation from 1996 to 2001. In the past five years, he has also served as a director of Cooper Industries and LKQ Corporation. Mr. Devlin is not standing for re-election.
