Barry A Fromberg

Mr. Fromberg who is currently retired, had been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dean Foods Company, a food and beverage company, from 1998 until April 1, 2006. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fromberg served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary of Paging Network, Inc., a provider of wireless communications services, and from 1993 to 1995 he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paging Network, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Simmons Communications, Inc., a cable television operator, from 1987 to 1993. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
