Eva Moskowitz

Eva Moskowitz is the CEO of Success Academy, which she founded along with Joel Greenblatt and John Petry. A long-time Harlem resident and mother of three, Eva is both a passionate educator and a committed political reformer. Her leadership in education reform began with her service as a member of the New York City Council, where she chaired the Council’s Education Committee. Success Academy has been able to mobilize parents of charter school students from all networks to demonstrate their support at public events and become a voice for education reform. Ms. Moskowitz completed her B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania and her Ph.D. in American History at Johns Hopkins University.
