J Michael Fitzpatrick

J. Michael Fitzpatrick has been an Executive Advisory Partner of Wind Point Partners, a middle market private equity firm since 2005, and has been Chairman and CEO of Citadel Plastics Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, since March 2007. Citadel Plastics acquires and manages companies in the plastics compounding industry. Dr. Fitzpatrick was Vice-Chairman, an executive position, of Carpenter Technology from February 2006 to October 2006. He was President & Chief Operating Officer of Rohm and Haas Company, an industry-leading specialty materials company, which invents, develops, and manufactures products for the personal care, grocery, automotive, building and construction and electronics industries, from 1999 until his retirement in 2005. He joined Rohm and Haas Company in 1975, and served in various research and development and management positions until his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a director of McCormick and Company, Inc. and was formerly a director of Rohm and Haas Company and Carpenter Technology Corporation. Dr. Fitzpatrick has been a director of SPX since 2007.
