Mr. Vititoe is retired. He was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Washington Energy Company, a diversified energy company, now Puget Sound Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Puget Energy, Inc., from January 1994 to February 1997. He is also a Director of Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation.
