Terry S. Jacobs was elected to AFG’s Board of Directors at the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 6, 2003. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee. Mr. Jacobs has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the JFP Group, LLC, a real estate investment and development company, since September 2005.
