Mark Bowles

Mark T. Bowles is an executive vice president at McGuireWoods Consulting LLC and a partner in McGuireWoods LLP. His practice focuses on state and local government relations, and he represents clients on issues dealing with environmental law, energy, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, higher education and alcoholic beverage control. Over the past 10 years, he has helped lead several high-profile legislative victories in Virginia and helped coordinate legislative initiatives in states throughout the South and mid-Atlantic. In addition, Mark represents a number of clients on matters before Virginia's state agencies and commissions and serves on McGuireWoods' Government Contracts and Regulatory Solutions group.
