Richard R Jaros

Richard R. Jaros has been a director of the Company since June 1993. Mr. Jaros has been a private investor for more than the past five years. Mr. Jaros served as President of the Company from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Jaros served as Executive Vice President of the Company from 1993 to 1996 and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 1995 to 1996.
