His areas of expertise include operations oversight, contract management, and leading staff with positive motivation to excel. Harold’s many years of successfully managing recovery portfolios for government agencies, guarantors, hundreds of colleges and universities, and numerous retail and commercial clients give Premiere Credit a key advantage. Harold’s unique leadership style produces consistently outstanding results for Premiere Credit’s clients, and he always takes the time to understand and meet the needs and expectations of each individual customer. Harold is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, with a B.A. in Business Administration.
