Jeffrey S Shuman

Shuman was senior vice president of Human Resources for Litton Information Systems when it was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2001. Previously, he was vice president of Human Resources for Allied Signal's technical service business, and prior to that had a 14-year career in Operations and Human Resources with Avon Products. Shuman earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Citadel. Following graduation, he served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Army. He has completed extensive executive development programs at the University of Michigan, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership. He also participated in a U.S. Executive Exchange Program with the People's Republic of China.
