William E. McCracken has been a director since 2005. He has been President of Executive Consulting Group, LLC since 2002. Mr. McCracken has been Chairman of the Board of the Company since June 2007. During a 36-year tenure at International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"), Mr. McCracken held several different executive offices, including serving as general manager of the IBM Printing Systems Division and general manager of Worldwide Marketing of IBM PC Company. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of IKON Office Solutions. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey.
