Joe Davis joined Crosstex Energy as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in October 2005. He joins us from Hunton & Williams, an international law firm, where he was a partner and served on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Davis began his legal career with Worsham Forsythe, which merged with Hunton & Williams in 2001. Mr. Davis holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a J.D. from Baylor Law School.
