George Zachary

Consumer tech guru led an early investment in Shutterfly, which went public in 2006 (current market cap: $1.1 billion) and Andale (sold to Vendio that same year). He led an early investment in Twitter (but did not follow on--oops), genealogy platform Geni, Yammer (Twitter for Corporate America), Jambool (sold to Google), Metaplace (sold to Playdom, which sold to Disney), Cloudshare and Y-Combinator grad Scribd. Zachary got his start in venture capital at Mohr Davidow Ventures before moving to CRV in 2004.
