James K Gray

James Gray has served as a director of Brookfield since April 1997. A resident of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Mr. Gray is a director of Atlanta Gold Inc., Cequence Energy Ltd., Phoenix Technology Services Inc. and RS Technologies Inc. He is also Honorary Chairman of the Canada West Foundation and a founder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd.
