G Nicholas Beckwith III

George Nicholas Beckwith, III serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Arch Street Management, LLC. Mr. Beckwith served as the Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer of Beckwith Machinery Company from 1985 to October 2005. He served as the Chairman of the Board and Manager of Penn West Industrial Trucks LLC from 2005 to 2007. He has been Chairman of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center since 2002. He serves as a Director of Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. He serves as Director of UPMC Health Plan, Inc. He has been a Trustee of Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation since 1989; and Chatham College since 1981. Mr. Beckwith has been a Member of Board of Directors of Shadyside Hospital Foundation since 1977. He has been a Director of Beckwith Institute of Innovation in Patient Care since 1991. He has been an Emeritus Trustee of Shady side Academy since 1977 and Special Trustee of University of Pittsburgh. He has been a Member of Advisory Council on Biology and Medicine at Brown University since 2002. Mr. Beckwith serves as a Member of Board of Visitors of University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He served as a Director/Trustee of 109 Portfolios in the BlackRock fund complex from 2007 to March 31, 2010. He served as a Director of National Retail Properties, Inc., from February 3, 2006 to May 16, 2007. A 1967 graduate of Brown University, Mr. Beckwith is a life-long resident of Pittsburgh. He and his wife, Dotty, have two sons and three granddaughters.
